Sadly we do not accept returns as the nature of our infrastructure does not allow. Of course if  for some reason there is a problem with the quality of your bracelets, you can send it back and if your claim is true we will either refund or send you a new bracelet instead. That being said it is extremely rare as we have put in place stringent quality control guidelines to make sure it never happens!
